Buying a custom frame meant choosing size, moulding, matting, glass, and hardware — five decisions that all affect each other, spread across a page nobody could hold in their head. I rebuilt it as a single view where the frame updates in front of you as you choose, so you can see what you're buying before you commit.

Fundraising platform
A fundraising platform for thousands of nonprofits, running on an admin system that had grown in pieces over years. I unified the dashboard, team management, marketing tools, and settings into one consistent product — and handed developers working responsive code instead of static specs.
